Default 01 cummins loping and jerking..

Hey guys new to diesels and need some help. I have an 01 cummins 4x4 auto with egde juice w/attuide, manual lift pump, new injector pump, new apps sensor, new cam shaft position sensor, new batterys And alternator, transmission recently rebuild. That's when problems started but he says that's not the problem... I'm getting a p0122 code but APPS sensor is less than a yr old... Thats all I can think of now. The truck is loping in park but not drive and while driving it wants to start jerking/jumping even with o/d off.... Any help would be great.... Thanks!!
