Default 03 6.0 F250 loss of power

I drive a 03 6.0 F250. A few days ago it lost power and would not take off from a start like normal, if going up a hill forget it. I got home and it died going up my drive that is not very steep. It would rev in park but when in gear no power. When in gear and foot on brake heavey black exhaust.(p/s pump started leaking)
I checked and cleaned the EGR valve. Removed turbo and the vanes moved fine. Reassemble with anti-seize. Turbo had a remanufacture sticker. I reinstalled the turbo and changed the oil. Add a can of sea foam to 1/4 tank. Check if better and now RPM 1400 tops.
Replace fuel filters and EGR valve to rule that out. Now rev only to 1000rpm. Check for codes and 0 show on scanner.
Please help. Seems every step gets worse. Does the p/s pump have something to do with it. I was careful to mark the turbo and reassemble the same. Did I miss something putting the turbo back on? I didn't see any thing extra that wasn't replaced.
Please help

Check the Map sensor hose, comes off the intake behind the alternator and goes to the Map sensor mounted on the cowl area right near the oil fill tube, also check all your boots on the intercooler tubes. Did you hear a loud POP at any time? if so that is probably a boot.

Sure sounds more like your FICM took a dive. No codes, loss of power are pretty good signs.

I saw a thread about that but it talked about rough idle. Easy to check thanks.

I finally found time to check the truck. Ficm reads 48 koeo and 48 engine cranking and start. Still don't get more than 1000 rpm. And the map sensor hose was fine. No codes I'm confused now.
