cortisone shots
#3
I've had some that were no big deal and two of them that I blacked out on. Knee's an elbows were no big deal for me the shoulders were bad news. The joint is deep and it took 3 separate needles, each one longer to get into the joint. Then I could feel the needle scraping through bone. End of my memory for both times.
I never got any relief from them myself but it's always the first thing they want to try.

I've had one in my shoulder, made a world of difference.. what it does is eats the "goop" between the joints away and creates space and relive pressure from the joint. they can only do it so many times per spot until surgery is required. yes some people feel relief and some don't , so its kinda a craps shot but worth the chance
the red arrow is where they shot me up....right on top felt like caulk going in kinda a funny feeling
