Well Ive tried a few times and never could get it to work ,,, Finally as i type its Updating my smarty ..

The tools on the mads site need reformatted to where you know what your doing im fairly computer savvy and its taken me an hour to figure it out and ive tried it a few times last year and couldn't do it ..

Im going to the

Smarty S-03. Ver. 1.22B Data 2.07A
Same as version 1 but with the TSB
for extreme cold climates and
driveablity enhancements for winter
fuel. ( For automatic trans. only )

And will see what it does

To Update ....

Dont even think about getiing your smarty plugged in ....

First Download this

Save to your desk top

Unzip it to your desk top

This allows the puter to knwo whats going on here

You will need the Uploader ...

This will take your update and push it threw the usb to your smarty

Now the update (Program File) .. Pick One and save to desk top

Thats the Program Files ...

Now you will need to unzip the program files using 7zip

download...

And Install

Once installed right click your Program file on your desk top and select 7zip and extract here

This transforms your program file to a file you can use

Now Plug your Smarty in Via USB

It will come up and say new hardware found just ignore all this

Right Click My Computer

Select Properties then Hardware then Device Drivers

You will see a USB Device with a Double click on it and select drivers Then click update driver and secect that I WILL SPECIFY LOCATION dont let it search for it ,,, then browse to Desktop and the Un Zipped CDM_2.00.00 Folder Hit Go

It will install the driver from there .... now Click on the installer SMARTY LOOKING ICON and click send ,,, it will prompt you for the file then go to the un7zipped Program File (.smt extension) and hit go it will then update your smarty

So you will need These Files/Programs ( All Are Separate )

I got a new Speed Limiter Screen What Input am I suppose to put here?
I guess I should put 250 in the speed limiter I left it on stock , i got smoked a few weeks ago cause my truck was DUN at About 115 it just wouldnt fuel anymore I guess i know why WOOT !!!

 

I couldn't take it no more i went and reprogrammed it to 250 MPH top Speed I think stock is around 115
