Default Fuel pressure and flow problems

I did the e-fuel conversion last year with a stock superduty pump and put a 17* HPOP on the truck before getting Rosewood stage 2s (160cc / 80%).
Now I'm having problems at about 2800 rpm high load I lose fuel pressure and it cuts out power. I believe this is due to the pump not flowing enough (about 100GPH). My question here is what fuel flow should I be shooting for when getting a bigger pump?

And stock fuel pressure is about 65psi to 70psi, but most of the high flow pumps only go up to about 45psi so my other question is will this run at that pressure?

Thanks everyone
