Ok well after some messing with the truck I've still got the same issue.
The factory fuel valve was still being used. But I did not take it apart to see if it was shimmed.
Still have the same problem though, I was driving up a steep hill with out a load and I could barley chug up the hill!!!! Good thing there I wasn't towing I'd of been screwed. sooooo any other thoughts?
Thanks for all the help it is very appreciated.
1 of 2 things after market fuel pumps are garbage..they are very unreliable.......#2 the harness to the pump could be shorted.... i just went through this on a 99 gmc van... most parts stores offer an after market pig tail that replaces the factory pig tail that plugs directly into the fuel pump
thanks for the info . idk if it is been messed with or not i bought it brand new dodge house is going to run the test on it tomorrow. they were complaing about the tuner being on it and the exhaust. they seem to think it might be the cp3 pump. what do yall think?
