Default Tow Mirrors

I've done quite a bit of reading on this but still have a question. What years of stock Tow Mirrors will fit my 02 2500?

03 and up will work, but the black plastic will not line up with the doors body line

What exactly are you asking here?

You want to make power towing mirrors or do you just want to put the regular OEM towing (non powered) mirrors on your truck?

Is there anyway to have power heated towing mirrors on a 2nd Gen?

yea you have to have 1 set from a 01-02 and 1 set from an 03-04 and you have to use the bases from the 2nd gen and the heads from the 3rd gen or you can go to auto parts warehouse and but a set that are the same as the factory towing mirrors on the 3rd gens but will fit the 2nd gen trucks. the web site is autopartswarehouse.com i think they are like 260.00 for the set of 2 mirrors..

You could also go with these.

I had them on my last truck, best mirrors that I've ever used. A little pricey, but no vibrations, biggest viewing area you can get, and good looks. I will be buying a set for my new truck soon.
