new bumper build
For the last couple weeks I’ve been working on my new bumper (for 07 my mega cab). I started out with an idea: I put it on paper (made a couple sketches), built it out of cardboard. Once I found the one I liked: I took measurements(angles and sides), put it into Solid Works, a few final tweaks later; I have a solid molded to work with. Next, I transferred my design over to my CNC Plasma to start cutting. A few Press-Break bends later I had it together (tacked). Tomorrow morning I will fit the bumper to my truck. Then, out for Sand Blast and Powder Coat. When the bumper is completed I will have a one of a kind take that WBP
