One of the best fixes we've found is:
Adjustable Track Bar Kits
BD’s double coated Adjustable Track Bar is built from rigid 1 3/8” DOM (Drawn Over Mandrel) seamless heavy wall 0.313” tubing with formed and precision welded collars that have durable, heavy duty Poly bushings. With the OEM ball joint design, frequent maintenance is required to prevent side-to-side movement of the front axle which can cause wear, hammering, wandering and the dreaded “Death Wobble” - BD’s Adjustable Track Bar is the perfect solution for steering stability and is a great compliment to BD’s Steering Box Stabilizer (SBS). Plus, it is adjustable to accommodate up to 4” lifts!

There was just someone on cummins forum that had the DW. He ended up replacing just about everything in the front end plus adding a trackbar before he bought new tires ( i think ) which cured it. My old mans 03 2500 hemi has the DW, he put the solid steel industries track bar on and didn't fix it. the steering box brace did though. I think that a lot of components can contribute to the DW though. my .02. Good luck
