Default fuel pres help/question

kind of related to my other post but i put a tester on the port on the water separator and got nothing, then on port on inlet of vp and had 10 at startup that dropped to
0 in a few seconds? Did i do something wrong? how can it read 0 on one side then i get a spike on the other? Some background, the truck runs fine but i can start it without waiting for wts light? filter is new about 500 miles ago. only code is 0460. thanks for any help you can give me.

That code is the Fuel Level Cucuit Malfunction. I havnt read your other post but have you replaced your lift pump, that is generally the main cause to low fuel pressrure between the Fuel filter and Injection Pump, the injection pump can draw fuel on it own, but it overworks the pump and will lead to killing that pump. A new lift pump is about 160 bucks and takes only 30 minutes to replace.
