Limp Mode

Limp Mode
I had some trouble after I jumped my truck (had dead batteries) and now after ive replaced some things its seems to be in limp mode. Looks/feels like its stuck in 3rd gear, and the engine also seems like it wont let me get over a certain amount of boost...
When i jumped the truck I blew my alternator fuse and burnt up my adrenaline. I have replaced and checked all fuses and have new batteries.
I also have no radio, obd port, inside cab lights or cigarette lighter ports.
Is there something else I should look for?? I am having trouble figuring it out from here....
I was hoping to hook up the OBD scanner and be able to clear any codes and get rid of the limp mode problem but like I said its not working....\
any help would be so much appreciated

jump starting can cook some ecms. it happened to my cherokee last summer. battery went dead....listening to the radio without it running....got a jump start and made it about 6 miles and it crapped out. towed it home to find fried ecm. i have heard of others that its happened to also. good luck!
