exhaust manifold bolt

Does anyone know what size the bolt is where the exhaust manifold bolts to the head? Also, what is the trac bar exactly and where in the front is it located? 2001 cummins

i'll tell ya the one that i know for sure: the manifold bolts are M10x1.5

Trac bar is in the front of the truck and it keeps the axle center as it travels up and down.
