Brand New Starter still giving me Hell
Hey guys,
Fiqure I do a little chatting before I get to frustrated, but any how I replaced my starter on my truck because it was starting to drag and do intermittent clicks before the key finally started it. Well it went good for a two days then I hit a big bump and started this crap again, checked my connections and being in such a hurry to get the starter in on my lunch I left the pos, wire loose. So tighten it up and does ok for a couple rounds and then does symptons again. Well I go home switch relays around and acted ok and put it the old relay back and acted ok. Drove 100 miles came home after it again did the few symptoms and the starter stuck once and when i touched the fuse box to pull the relay it unstuck? My question is from the ignition to the relay two the starter what can get stuck, I will be upset if my solenoid is sticking on a brand new $250 dollar starter... but from you other diesel wizzes here, gimme your thoughts and Im gonna go start tinkering with it.. Thanks fellas.

Got her fiqured out, the starting relay is sticking closed or open... SO I just switched it out with another one for now... Till I get to the parts store...
