Default hmmm wierd bucking

anyone else had a bucking in there truck when they go at round half throttle? new fuel filter, new apps installed and programmed, and it does it still even with both tuners completely removed. could it be my vp? i already have a reman pump not sure how long its been on there. i have 130k miles. i have a fuel pressure gauge at the fass, no diesel on the ground or leaking that i have noticed. it doesnt make sense because sometimes i bucks round 20 psi and sometimes it wont do it at all. sometimes il boost all the way to 45 psi with programmers on and it wont do it. wondering if its my vp going. and if so what should i get if i am going to be fueling a lot. just a stock high output pump? or upgrade to a performance pump? fuel pressure gauge doesnt go below 14 psi wide open throttle.

p0460 is the only code i get

---AutoMerged DoublePost---

which is fuel sending unit no change over miles, and that because my sender is bad and i havent changed it yet, its in my truck just havent got round to it yet. also my truck starts right up every single time. except today when i ran the pump dry being a show off. i cracked cylinder 1 and 3 injector lines and cranked it a few times, tightened them back up and it started up and i let the truck run for round 15 mins and then drove it home
