Default blow by?

So I crawled under my truck today and noticed a small haze coming from a tube on the front driver side right above the front drive shaft. Looks like the drive shaft is a little damp from oil. Are my pistion rings bad? Or is this normal. Truck had 260k miles

You will always have blow by, there will never be none. If it is coming out like a hair drier, there are issues. There will always be a trace of oil in it as well.
