Default 4x4 not working

i have a 1999 dodge 3500 cummins the front diff is not locking in when i shift transfer case into 4 wheel drive nore is the 4x4 light coming on im sure its the vacume module on the front diff and napa and schucks in alaska want almost 200 for it i know bd diesel use to sell a kit to lock axel in all the time cant find it on there web site i dont want the cable kit for in side cab to lock diff so does any one know where i can get a kit to just lock front diff in all time

There is probably a way with the cable kit to lock it,or just buy the cable kit and leave it in the engaged position. Based on your location; dry pavement isn't a concern right?
