6x9. I don't remember the depth; it was pretty generous, but something to measure. The deepest 6x9 Best Buy had was too deep.

The rears on a regular cab are 4x10's, but I was able to fit 6x9's into the stock speaker holders with a little bit of interference fit. Depth matters there too.

They may have only come in the club cab, but not 100% on that.

I have a regular cab. Sure they're not back there? I do have an "LE" or whatever the model with the power windows was.

If you don't got the speaker mounts, they'd be a good junkyard item.

I just put (2) 6x9 boxes behind the seat and (2) 6x9 speakers in the doors, I think just the LE package had places for speaker behing the seat.

I too have 6x9s in the doors and 6x9 boxes behind my seats. I didn't have speaker boxes when I bought it even though it's an LE but that's because someone stripped the headliner and all the trim stuff out but I did have the wires coming out of the body back there. They definitely help out because of how loud my truck is on the highway. They fit perfectly behind my buckets too and make a nice little shelf back there.
