Default crank pulley help

hey guys new guy question. is there a way to get the crank pulley off without using a puller. i took the 4 bolts out and it doesn't want to budge?

Just one man's opinion: use the correct tool. Most retail auto parts chains will let you borrow one for free or for a returnable deposit if you don't have one.

turns out i didn't need one i just didn't get aggressive enough at first
