Default Selling my baby - '97 12V QCLB 4X4

I can't stand the thought of it but I have to sell. This is a 1997 quad cab long bed 4X4 12 valve SLT Laramie white exterior / grey interior that I spent a year searching for. 233K on the odometer. Since picking her up in 2008 I've had a lot done. Lots of the upgrades were done by Ken Imler Diesel in Sacramento, CA. Very reputable shop.

Upgrades include:
4" MBRP exhaust
AFE Magnum Force intake
#6 Fuel Plate
40 HP BD Injectors
Fluidamper
New Holset HX35 turbo (less than 10K mi since it went in)
3K Governor Springs
Auto Meter Sport Comp cluster with Pyro, Boost and Trans Temp
Upgraded drilled / slotted brake rotors
New Black wheels with new BFG All Terrain Tires
New Vacuum pump
New alternator

Now for the bad-
Need a new power steering pump, has a leak but works. Refill half about every 6 months to a year.
Paint is failing, will need a paint job
Body has some bumps and bruises, nothing horrific
Needs new windshield trim
Driver side door panel needs new anchor pins
LT bolster of driver seat is torn
Dash is cracked (I think almost all are at this age) A new one is $200-300 on Amazon
Cruise control doesn't work

It fires up in any temperature right away and can drive anywhere. This was going to be set up as my heavy towing rig but I never finished it so it's never had to pull since I bought it. These are amazing trucks and I hate to sell it.

Asking $10K
I'm in Southern California

Not to sound like a dick but 10k is pretty high for a non built, non mint second gen. Maybe re adjust your expectations a little. Someone may pick it up for that much but it's kind of a huge joke in the diesel community about how much people ask for a second gen. That wouldn't be a terrible price here in Canada but I imagine in the states that's a bit high.

Price is negotiable, I'm just going off what I'm seeing for sale in my area. Same truck as mine with 50K fewer miles and nice body / paint is listed for $16K. I've got almost $9K just in upgrades and new parts invested. I know you'll never get out what you put in though.

Jeeze that's a bunch of money for a second gen. Hey if you can get it that's awesome.

I've seen lesser trucks go for more around here. Price is very region-relevant.

I appreciate the feedback. I've looked all over at the similar 12 valve trucks for sale within 500 miles of here and most are going for a lot more than mine, only ones cheaper are in really rough shape with no upgrades. I'd listen to any reasonable offer though. Thanks guys.
