Default turbooooo!!! hx55

im trying to learn a little bit about the hx55 i had planed on putting a turbo into my jeep so i bought a turbo from some guy online for $70 and today i looked up the part number and it came up as an hx55 now my plans have changed and am thining about running a compound set up on my 96 12 valve. how much pressure would the xh55 push and if i wanted to could i just swap out my hx35 for the 55? my truck has #1 fuel plate pump turned up very little 4k gsk and 60# valve springs will be getting afc live soon. nv4500 southbend single disk 400hp

pressure is related to how much fuel you are pushing and stock isn't going to be enough. you would defiantly want to compound it. not sure all the specs on them but seems like they are a 72mm. would make a decent 550-600 horse compound set up depending what you use for your small turbo. you will likely destroy that clutch pretty quick. your gonna want some injectors, likely dv's, do some timing, etc. with stock fuel you will have have power left on the table.
