Upgrade your turbo to an s300 62mm or so and see +40HP... you need more air.

With an S300 62mm depending on which you choose you can see 450 + with good tuning and proper supporting mods . Or tune the hell out of our current set up , work the 35 harder , good dvs, you'll see 400

Couldn't tell ya about the power numbers but I can assure you that with that stock intake on the intake side ... ur gonna have EGT issues ...

I have a 215 motor with stock injectors and turbo .. a 3 pc manifold and a 5" exhaust and my timing is at 15.5 .. stock fuel plate FF , and star wheel is spun loose... and I can get to 1300 real quick pullin a hill with out a load at all....... ur gonna need more air flow or you wont be havin fun for long

I have ddp 024s I like them , 191's also , I've heard good things about some custom ones, 7mm . do some searching ,see what'll work for you .
I see 1600* + everyday no issues ... It's not so much the heat it's how long you keep it there .
