IAN....its simple....get some SS tubing and a bender and make some brand new stuff

this is assuming that you have some kinna industrial connections to the stuff anyway

Not quite that simple...I was changing oil last night, I measured lines and the OD is .65". It would be much easier if they were 1/2" - you could bend them up in a matter of minutes.

Id think the flow through 1/2" line would be a lot less ???

It is easy, the local hose and fitting shop here in town can remake a/c solid lines with hose on the end, they make up ps steel lines for me at 1/3 the cost.
Looks factory too, can expand and / or shrink ends too

its just radiator line, I dont need compression fittings or anything fancy. just wanted to look "stock" stock is 5/8 Ive got a chunk of rubber hose doing the job currently but Ill have to change it soon before the hair dryers are finished:choochoo:
