I NEED A Cummins!!!
 

Just like the title says, I need a Cummins! My new truck has this stubborn a$$ Throttle body injected 454 that refuses to run right, so its time to find a 12 valve to stuff in or a 24, I dont care! Heres the deal, I really need a turnkey engine, but I will turn some wrenches if need be. MUST have at least the powersteering pump and vacuum pump and timing case, and exhaust manifold. MUST be a LONG block assembly, u know complete from the oil pan up to the valve covers.
Transmission adapter plate not needed, turbo not needed, motor mounts not needed, Alternator not needed, Injection pump not needed UNLESS it is a p-pump, or 24valve, and lift pump not needed.
Let me know what ya got. OH yeah, I am on a TIGHT budget, I have to keep it under 1500. Parts trucks also appreciated!

have recently obtained a CTD out of a 1995 3500 a/t. It was an oil company truck that was totaled in an accident.It had 127,000 on the odometer when wrecked.I was told that it ran excellent, did not smoke and burnt no oil but I have not heard it run myself.Someone pirated the good turbo and left one that was not functioning. It is missing the fuel solenoid as well as the air intake horn.I don't have any pictures right now but if someone is interested i can get some next Saturday.If anyone is interested pm me .

Yeah I did, but things got hard and I had to sell the motor :argh: :madd: :cry::duh3::ph:

Luckily I have come across quite a few 1st gen's around me and from folks that have replied to the wanted ads Ive placed. My only hitch is I gotta sell the Ferd to buy the motor, so im trying my damnedest to get this 454 running before I get rid of my only wheels.
