Garden Tractor Pull Help

I just got a Cub Cadet 1512 DIESEL. it has a 17hp D600 kubota diesel in it. I will be using it as a pulling tractor at local pulls.

My question is, does anyone know how to turn more fuel to the motor? Or know someone who may? i want it to roll coal while i am pulling:U:. if worse comes to worse and it gets too hot like that, i may even turbocharge it, :choochoo:but that is later on down the road.

Another question, anyone down here in SE PA know where the pulls happen. i know the Oley fairgrounds and it is the Berks County Pullers association that holds it but i cant find anything on the net about it. :argh:

thanks
Cody

if i remember right it should have the pfr pump with is part of the block there is a fuel rate swrew on the front of the pump with a non tamper cover over it take a pair of needle nose and pull it off there may also be non-tamper wire remove it loosen jam nut and turn swrew in a turn and try it I would go more than two turn the timing is adjusted by shims under pump and as far as govenor idk you will see allitle more power since theres no turbo but they will smoke and look cool with a big stack lol put a pyro on it Ive turned up many kubota utv's with the similiar engine hope it help

well all was good, got the flanges made, hoses ran. fired it up and i noticed excessive oil in the exhaust :argh:. here i blew the darn seals out of it, the drain is higher than the inlet:ph:. so now i gotta find another small turbo.

kepp ur eyes open for a turbo off a 1.8L Volkswagen for me guys...:pals:
