can't do it if you're a resident in that state or they won't let you cross state lines like that? i know a guy in Conifer, CO and he hauls a 32' toy hauler with a 17' fishing boat all over the country.

In Ontario Canada you must have a class A licence(CDL) to tow doubles.And must not exceed 70'.
