7 pin blade style plug wiring help.

I bouht a trailer that has the 7 blade plug in style plug for connecting to the truck, well my truck only has the 4 pin flat conector so i bought the 7 pin blade style female plug for my truck. now i need to know how to wire it up. it has one wire that is the male end that plugs into the 4 pin flat conector. ok that goes to my existing 4 pin connector. now what do i do with the other4 wires? one is white and i know is a ground wire. then im left whith a yellow a blue and a black wire. so my question is where do i hook up these three wires? is it all 12v power all the time or is it supposed to be hooked up to a terminal that only comes on when the key is on or what? cause i dont know and it didnt come with instructions.

you right the white is a ground and needs to be grounded and the other three wires are for an electric trailer brake if you have one ....if so the wires out the back of your module should be the same colors and if you dont have one oh well wrap em up. what kind of trailer is that your pulling?
