Trans and Pyro gauge questions
OK, I know 18wheelers have manual transmission temperature gauges. Can you do one on a Dodge 6spd? If so, where would a man drill and tap to get the reading you need?
Ok, on the pyro, I know this is an ongoing debate, but I'm new and need experienced advice. Pre or post turbo and safe numbers for each? |
yes u can, but its not really necessary on a manual.
You can dill and tap the transmission pan, just drain the fluid and drill and tap the pan. |
FAST Cooler.......
Fast Cooler for that price its worth the extra insurance...... put your pyro after the turbo and dont exceed 1400 for extended periods or 1600 for more than a second or two....... |
thanks guys, he Logan, when you comin back down to Ali?

Put the Pyro right in through the exhaust manifold. Just drill and tap unless your ready for the 3 piece manifold and most of them come already tapped for the probe.

read the edge install instructions they who where to put the temp for a manual trans and I think the pyro too.
