My plan to clear 22s plus air ride :)

I figured I would see if anyone has tried this, but Im about to be home for a lil bit over christmas on leave from the air force. Ive bagged a few vehicles in my time and I am truely obsessed with it. Anyways I want to be able to clear 22s (22.5s cut) without wider fenders, simply because I like OEM fitting parts and want to use whats available instead of dropping 850 on wider fenders.

So, first off this is not a debate on why would you bag a 3500 truck that pulls a trailer. I know the benefits of air, and I know first hand that air is far superior to leafs when setup correctly. I just figured I would share what I have in the works here in the next few weeks and see if anyone has any insight.

1. Going to pull the dually rear end, install a SRW rear end to narrow the track width.
2. fabbing parallel 4 link with watts link out of 2x2x.25 sq tubing and poly bushings
3. 4 link bars will be run INSIDE the frame rail, with the air bag being mounted behind the axle and under the frame rails.
4. There will be nothing outside the frame rail for the wheels to rub on, the 3500 SRW axle will get the 8 to 10 lug adapter bolted directly to it. (So approx 2in width savings over DRW axle)
5. Fab a fuel cell to go between rear frame rails
6. Fab 5th wheel adapt into Xmember that will be installed between the frame notches.
7. Using Air Lift Dominator bags (600psi max, 3050 lbs each) 9+ in usable lift

START DATE: Dec 21st!
