Need help choosing the right tire!!

Ok its getting time for me to buy some new tires. I just bought a leveling kit so I am planning to put 35 inch tires on it. I have 4:10 gears in the axles (thats what came in it) and i am thinking that going to a larger tire will help me get better fuel mileage. I have 285/70/R17 on it now. I am wanting something like an all terrain tire because i mostly drive on the highway and i think that a mud tire will just be a waste, even though they look really good. And also i hardly ever tow a trailer or anything. So i need help finding a tire that i can get a lot of miles out of and will also help with fuel mileage. I know you guys have probably seen this same post a million times but any help you can give me will be greatly appreciated. Thanks. I am planning on putting the tires on the stock wheels to.

I am really happy with my Goodyear Wrangler Silent Armor's. They are wearing really well, quiet on the hiway, and have good traction on the pavement, gravel, and dirt trails. I have 305/70R16 of these tires, they look great on the truck I have, 2 1/2" coil spacers from and bags in the rear.
I've ran these tires on 3 different trucks and have been happy with them every time.
