max tire size for a 16x10 wheel?
 

i just bought a set of 16x10 weld outback off of craigslist dirt cheap, I wanna put em on my 2001 2500HD Crew and need to know whats the biggest tires I can put on there without them rubbing,

I already maxed out the torsions a while ago to level out the truck and I dont mind if I have to trim the front valance a little to make them work.

with t-bars adjusted up you should be able to clear 285/75r16 which is like a 33x11. also depends on the offset/backspace of the wheel. hopefully this helps.

thanks that helps a lot we put my friends 305/70/16 on the fronts but they rubbed on the inside

what about a 275/75/16?

it really depends on the wheel. my truck is lowerd and i have 317/70/17's with some trimming

it will all depend on the wheel, but i would guess a 285. maybe a 305.
