Cst and Cognito are my favorites. Norcal Nick is the suspension guru on the site though.

Tuff Country makes good lifts they have taken a lot of abuse from sled pullers over the years.

I have two things to say about lifting a truck, NEVER stack blocks, and spend the extra money for a spring lift.

I personally like th BDS High Clearance kits for the chevy's because they don't use a torsion bar drop, so you maintain factory style undercarriage, but still get the lift and they ride awesome, but Cognito is awesome and so are alot of other kits out there

the bds is on my dad's truck, looks sick as hell, but at least before they came out CST or cognito through norcal nick was the way to go.

Depending on what wheel and tire you are looking to run there are a couple ways to go about it and have great results. A 4" will be nice and can fit up to 35's on the right wheel and fender mod. I use alot of Cognito as they offer the most for these Chevy trucks and packages can start of pretty nice on price if you want to stay on a budget but be able to add on later.
