35" super swamper tsl

might be buying a set of super swamper tsl's they got like 75% thread left.. how do these sound on pavement..smooth ride? they wear really fast? all aroung good tire.. thanks in advance fot any input.. they are just super swamper tsl not tsl radial.

What are you putting them on?

Going to be noisey, out of round, and will likely wear quick if on anything heavier than a Jeep. These tires are meant for off pavement travel.

haha totally spaced that out... 94 ram 2500 12v reg cab 8ft bed

tires will be bald within 5k miles at the most, VERY loud and honestly, ride like crap....as said above, impossible to balance and out of round, not made for highway travel.

I wouldnt get them on a daily driver. I have 38tsl's on my jeep and they are great but they do wear fassst. I dont mine the noise but they wear to fast.

The bias TSL's won't last anytime under our heavy trucks. The tread compound is way to soft. The radial TSL's are pretty decent on road. I had 36/14.50-16.5's on my '99 PSD. They were 10 ply tires. When I sold them they had 25-30,000 miles on them and still had better than 1/2 tread left. Not sure if that is exceptional for the 10 ply radials under a diesel or not. Noise wise they were definately audible over the diesel clatter but it wasn't bad. THey balanced out pretty good. The biggest down fall I had with them was that they were like ski's on ice / snowy roads. I ended up putting my 305/70-16 GY ATS back on in the winter.

I had those tires on my truck when I bought it. I got new tires within a week. They were loud and rough riding. They look damn good but arent worth having for everyday driving.:U:

they are bias ply, goign to be very rough on road. sell them to someone else and get a radial tire.
