ebay and paypal limit of responseability
 

Ok, more info about ebay and paypal "limited" responsibility, Here is the simple logic that
ebay can utilize, I filed and refiled three 3 SNAD claims until my 3 week filing period expired
due to ebay "losing" the request. then, Pay pal related to me that my credit card payment was to them, not to the seller, they fullfilled technically their duty and were in no way responsible for the fraud, my credit card company agreed and i can see the logic, although I still was ripped off. I did file a claim with the feds(FBI?) who did nothing, incidentally the guy was actually here as an imigrant from Bosnia and was probably russian mob, and yes thats fom personally meeting him. His company was listed on ebay as a licesnsed car dealer, i reported him to the Illinois dealer licensing board, they said if he was a licensed dealer they could help but hs isnt, so they did nothing. I can relate a few other situations that have conviced me of the acuracy of my statement and i have over 400 purchases with 100% rating
, but its too lengthy, Ebay and Pay pal and the feds and your bank are all "fair weather friends", many times the reason people seek to sell things far from where they live is to escape legal responsibility for fraud. thats my story and Im sticking to it!
