Painting OEM wheelcovers?
 

I have a 06 3500 dually and don't want to buy new covers or rims, the chrome on the plastic is fading and wearing off. Has anyone here painted thiers? If so how did you prep the chrome finish and wha type of paint did you use? I want to black them out with gloss black. Thanks
