convertion to duely

What does it take to go from srw to duely do I need to change the hubs or the front and rear end?

IIRC you will have to buy an actual dually axle, the dually axles are narrower than and SRW axle.

You will need;

Dually Adapters for the front axle, (They just bolt on as spacers),
*89 - 93 Dodges will need the Dually front hubs if 4x4.

Dually rear axle, (The DRW axle's hubs are wider to accommodate the inner dually wheels)
*NOTE: Cab & Chassis DRW version is narrower than a regualr SRW.
Normal bodies DRW version is wider than a regular SRW

Dually Bed; or buy the dually fenders, cut holes in your bed for the side clearance lights and
fuel take filler neck and bolt the fenders on.

Fuel Tank Filler Neck on (94-01) Dodges; 89-93 & 02-09 use the same neck.
*NOTE: Reason the 94-01 Dodges use a different filler neck is because the fuel foor is
located on the fender, with the wider dually fenders, you need the wider filler
neck to reach.

Set of Dually Wheels (This is pretty Explainable)

*NOTE: Rear drive shaft length may need to be modified.
Example; for 94-01 Dodges, if the SRW had an auto, it came with a Dana 70; if the SRW
had a standard, it came with a Dana 80. The Dana 80 is also the DRW axle used in
these years. So if a truck equipped with a SRW Dana 70 was putting in a DRW Dana
80 (the dana 80 pinion sits about 1 inch more towards the engine than compared to
the Dana 70 of the smaller size) the rear drive shaft much be modified to fit properly.
