How Cold IS To Cold?

I have a 1st gen 12valve non I/C that has a Icebox intercooler. My ? is can you get your air too cold before it goes in to your engine? For example liquid Nitrogen in Icebox.

You'd be better off running an oxidizer like nitrous if your really wanting to do this. For the most part, no, you can't get it too cold because of the heat created by compressing it with the turbo, but yeah you could get it too cold, but it'd be really cold going into the turbo to come out too cold.

I'd run n2o or an i/c if I were in your position. it seems like straight nitrogen would lose power because its not an oxidizer, therefore taking up volume with something that isn't going to burn.

Not going to burn it, but have a Ice Box intercooler that the air runs through and insted of ice thought of puting liquid nitrogen.Anyone who doesnt know what a ice box intercooler is Google it.Its for drag racing perposes only.:argh:
