Ruger LC9

Anyone have one of these or heard anything bad about them? I have the .380 LCP and hate it. The sights are no existant and my thumb hits the magazine release more often than not. I bought the LCP bc of the deal i got on it from a friend and have not grown very fond of it. I recently looked at and handles the LC9 and although a little larger than the LCP it seems very concealable and just feels better all the way around. Going rate around me is $319 new, any opinions?

I bought the sr9c and love it in the 9mm. Looked at the .380 but went bigger for distance shooting if need be, I drive to kentucky alot and on rural roads so I wanted something bigger just me

i agree, i like the 9mm more than the .380 although they are very similar. Nicest thing is that 9mm is actually cheaper to shoot. I shoot my G17 quite a bit so i always have more 9mm on hand anyways. The 9mm conceal guns seem to feel better and more stable with the increase in size to handle the slightly larger cartridge vs .380

Yeah I mean it's bigger, I haven't carried mine yet but I have a 17 round clip which is normally in it at home and if I'm walking around in the woods or riding and it has like a 10 round clip which fit in my hand perfect. I paid 460 new but I had a trade in.

I like the 9mm over the 380 also, but my LCP still has a place when my G23 is not easy to carry.
