sorry...that's a myth....the 45acp is not a death ray.....it's actually not much different than shooting the 9mm....:s::s::s::s:
ar behind the seat, glock .45 by my side. |
Personally, I have no interest in killing anyone. I'd rather make them suffer for forcing me to shoot them in the knee caps.

It's a handgun, not a rifle..not a shotgun....or a 40wat plasma rifle....no handgun made is a death ray...no handgun made will kill or stop the bad guy each and every time...just not going to happen...once you learn that and that it's more about bullet placement & the shooter than the pistol caliber... People who talk shit about how super good XX caliber is and how lame XX caliber is just don't know shit and are to stupid to know they don't know shit...:tttt::tttt::tttt: |
I think proper bullit selection is also very important, no matter what calliber you carry. I dosn't matter how fast/hard it is being propelled, a fmg is not a good choice. Bottom line any of the popular calibers with good bullets should do the job just fine, when required. My choice at this point is 10mm with XTP bullets, I'm planning on adding a 38 Super when funds allow, havn't looked too much into what loadings are offered for it, but my first choice would still most likely be XTP's if available. As stated previously, you should always choose the best tool for the job.:tu:

Meh.....I've seen people shot by em all...10mm did the least amount of damage...40 guy was shot in the heart...he still lived over 45 min....have carried and used 9mm ball ammo...it's more aboout the shooter and fighting with a handgun than it is the caliber as long as you are not shooting a mouse gun/caliber...

To each their own, as there are folks out there who are dangerous with a .32 ACP and others are more humorous with even a .50 BMG. |

True...I found that picture on the 'net many years ago...it was obviously drawn up tongue-in-cheek; hopefully everyone knows that.
