People that are forced to live in the cold get a little testy when people brag about warm temperatures in February.

actually I like winter. snowmobiling, ice fishing, deer hunting ect.
I dont get upset at all by the southerners making fun of us about the cold. To me its a normal thing and winter should include snow thats why its winter.

if ya dont like the cold then north is not where you should be. Its just funny that the people saying that its so nice out are the same people that will be starting a thread about how hot it is. I can get warmer faster and easier than you can get cooler. cheaper too

oh yeah my dad is bigger than your dad as well

Thanks all for the comments! GRI, where to start.....Okay I was born and raised in Plymouth, Mass and right on the edge of the Atlantic Ocean. Had four seasons and did plenty of shoveling, enough for a lifetime. Been a Marine for 20 years and lived in S. Carolina, Washington (state), California (twice), now Arizona for 4 years. Don't know if that qualifies me as "southerner" or not. I actually miss playing in the snow and take my son to see it when I can. Just not that motivated to work around it anymore. As far as water, there's a little river 15 minutes from my house.....Colorado or something. Probably why this itty bitty town is the lettuce capital of world. Three months of hot isn't so bad when the humidity is low compared to everyone else. Just stay by the pool or the river. Speakin' of pool...I hear the blender spinnin' margarita's and it's time for a swim! :c:
