New Custom Headache Rack!
8 Attachment(s)
Hey guys just finished building a custom headache rack. I didn't like many on the market and the ones I did like cost way too much.
Its a two stage, the outer perimeter is 1/8th inch tubing with a smaller tubing inside at 1/16th inch thick. It has 3/8 plate gussets and 1/4 mounting rails. Whole thing is bed lined and set to rock and roll. Tell me what you think! :c: Attachment 41803 Attachment 41804 Attachment 41805 Attachment 41806 Attachment 41807 Attachment 41808 Attachment 41809 Attachment 41810 http://i137.photobucket.com/albums/q...l/IMGP2834.jpg |
I like it but it needs some lights

Yep its getting lights, recon duallys for reverse/cargo lights and then some LED brake lights. Recon in corners. and leds on side of the stock third brake light.

wow, good work, but should have taken the extra hour and ground off all those welds....
|
looks good :tu: when I built mine I run the angle iron all the way to the back of the box to protect the top rails of the box and a few holes on the inside of the rail to tie down stuff ,but my truck is a work truck anything can be dropped in it or on it :bat:
