Your welcome i am sure it is getting expensive. How are them axle's, drive shafts, u joints, and ect holding up to all that torq?

Everything is holding up fine, the diesel was installed by Chrysler, only the European and Australian markets got them. It makes about the same torque as the 4.0 but at about 2000 rpm.

2.5L 4 cyl, AX15 gearbox. I'll try to get an engine shot but it's kind of dirty :w2:
I believe you can swap in a CRD from a Liberty. As far as I know, the manual Liberty's came with the NV3550 and NP231. That way you could just swap in the whole drivetrain. A bit of a hassle with the electronics and the gauges, nothing impossible to solve though.
