I have been using Westley's Bleche White and a stiff bristle brush to scubb em up good, rinse them off with a hose and then put on the Armorall tire foam. When I put that on I use a cardboard cut out the diameter of the wheel so the over spray doesnt get on the wheels. Has worked for me for years now.

I know this is an older thread but try Mop and Glow for kitchen floors. You will have to really clean your tires to get them good and black first. Use an applicator sponge for tires and put a couple of coats on letting dry between coats. It can get kind of sticky on the hands, but it will give you a nice deep black satin sheen that takes a while to wear off. Best of all dust won't stick to them. I learned this trick from a truck driver buddy of mine.

It lasts for a good while and has been able to withstand rain without running on the wheels.

Best product I have used by far!!!! It even works on the inner fenders and frame as well. Not super glossy on frame but makes it shine nicely for shows!

I never use anything other then Soap and water and stiff bristle brush, it gets the dirt and road grime off every time and they look great every time I wash her.

I use the cheap awesome orange from the dollar store as a cleaner, works better than all the other products I have tried, then I use a water and glycerin based dressing from PRO called Premo, it works great inside and out, and as for the tires, if you do get dust on them, you just hose with plain water and they will look like you just applied a new coat, it also stops the dirt from penitrating the rubber unlike armor all.

I spray the tire/wheel down with simple green, scrub and then pressure wash it off, gets the tire that nice black rubber again. SOMETIMES, I'll put some foam crap on, whatever I have laying around, but most times I don't anymore cause I just hit dirt too often and it looks like crap after.

I like a nice layer of clay and dust myself.
