They actualy got a pict with the hood up, too bad it wasn't zoomed in. Those beds look really short also.

Johnny Cetane 08-22-2007 03:13 PM

think so? i dunno. look normal to me other than the far right one with the camo that makes it look like an extended cab.

GRI 08-22-2007 03:22 PM

I dont see the ladies head. I see her feet and legs but no head. I see the guys head and feet. HMMMMMM
I dont see his hands though. I wonder if he's getting a Hemi? lol

RSWORDS 08-22-2007 03:28 PM

RSWORDS 08-22-2007 03:50 PM

Johnny Cetane 08-22-2007 03:50 PM

took me a bit cuz i thought they got rid of it already. lol

RodZZilla 08-22-2007 06:22 PM

Have there been any reports of HP/Torque for the V8 Cummins? The small Duramax is supposed to be in the 310/520 (?) ballpark. That is better than the LB7.

LOGANSTANFORTH 08-24-2007 01:56 PM

any company that sends that many "test" vehicles out at once in that big of group expects people to take pictures, its all just getting the hype started for the new trucks. back in 1998 i seen 2 ford excursions that were prototypes that were driving around lakeland florida before they even went into production. i also seen a semi hauling a single ford superduty on it heading north up 75 here in ohio in 2003, it had plastic over the nose and across the tailgate it said a bunch of numbers then a dash then 2005, you could tell it had a different nose than the present ones and when the 2005's came out, sure enough, the exact truck i seen 2 years earlier on 75.

GRI 08-24-2007 02:05 PM

I had the right answer

Patrick@DPP 08-24-2007 08:47 PM

No the right answer is...."No trans fluid on the ground" lol! j/k The one picture, I think third, makes it look like a chevy......YUK! Square fenders.

---AutoMerged DoublePost---

could this be the direction they are going with the new trucks?

rolloffhill 08-24-2007 09:04 PM

Is that a good thing or bad? I always thought it was cool for the grill to be up and out of the way....NO??

Benjamin 08-25-2007 01:23 AM

i like the grill to be up cause it gives me more front bumper to stand on when tinkering with my beast....

Dont say tinkering TOO loud, our competitive friends who dont see "the light" as we do might mistake that for meaning we are always fixing our engines.... I do have to admit I kind like the looks of the Nitro, BUT not for a TRUCK !!!

dieseljunkie 09-03-2007 07:38 PM

I for one think they will be making a big mistake with a V8 and V6 cummins. Stick with the tried and true straight 6.

Pretty soon all of the new trucks on the road will look the same. I thought I was lookin at the wrong brand for a second. They may as well leave the "camo" on em if they are goin to have body lines like that.... And btw: that guy is gettin a hummer, not a hemi. IMHO, both blow. Hahaha.
