Why Bombers are not alowed to hang out together

well a couple of nights ago, myself and Emp1134 were sitting around the shop, got done putting gauges in my dads truck and it was still early. One thing led to another and his extremely nice 06 dodge one ton ended up stuck in a creek crossing. I know once again I never have good photos, but they are better than nothing. Got it out with another dodge so it made it all right.

May I ask how u guys ended up doing that? Lol.
|
we got to the crossing, got out walked it and Emp said no problem, my response being ok its your truck you should know, attacked it at a pretty fair clip, and came to a sudden stop, nothing got broken, by luck, just the front license plate knocked off, and a few minor scratches on the sport front bumper cover. :c:

lol Thats Great !

Was there alcohol involved in this incident? That's usually how I get involved in situations like that
|
Not as much as you might think, a 12 over 5 hours between the two of us, we usually call that breakfast.
|
Damn, well, call it sleepiness. That lil' bit of beer made you tired and you weren't thinkin clear, yeah, that'll work
|
I like the way your thinking... Really we knew we had a good chance of sticking it but, when there's no doubt you got someone to pull you out, well the hell. The chance of making it across and having everybody amazed that that "big" dually went through there is well worth it.

Damn right!!!!!!!!!!:bombin::up:

O.k. I'll defend myself now. I made it through once in the dodge, only it wasn't this wet, and I made it through in my tacoma many of times even when there was about a foot of water flowing. oh yeah the license plate has been re-attached. as for the scratches in the bumper cover...well maybe its time for a frontier or a ranch hand full replacement.
next time I'll hit it faster, and in daylight so the pictures will be better. |
