Removing storage smell
I have a '79 Chevy Silverado that has been in storage for 7ish years. It currently smells like mice and mold. I am going to tear out the entire interior and make sure that there is noting hidden in there but how do I get the smell out of the fabric. I do not have access to an "Ozone" machine here although I do in Illinois. Let me know what you suggest. I don't want it to smell like a bunch of flowers or anything remotely close, just not stink like mice and mold.

That's a tough smell to get out, I pulled the whole bench seat and carpet out of mine and aired it out over a couple of nice days then doused it with a good amount of unscented fabreze. Then completely cleaned everything inside with simple green. I ended up just going with no carpet because the musty smell came back after a while but the seat is doing pretty good. I'm probably going to get a replacement carpet from LMC one of these days.
