becare with the thumbtacks(whic i do use). If you use them on leading edges thats cool....but as i found out.....the hard way...:argh:with all the windows open ,scootin down the higway....you will soon be dodging a lot of little flying, uncaring, sharpass, tacks!!!:ouch:

Or....

If the sag is in the middle or close to the edge use a sharp razor to cut a slit in it, then use 3M upholstery glue to shoot up in there let the glue dry for a few minutes, respray it let it sit and then reapply the sagging headliner fabric. Then use something soft to smooth it out and the seams should be un-noticeable. Hope this helps...maybe...possibly.

haha thats funny all the guys to reply are dodge owners :argh: Im about to redo my headliner but im going to take it out. maybe the best option. ive tryed to spray the adhesive and re stick it but unless you take the liner off and clean it real well then its not going to stick worth a dime. but good luck:tu:

heres a place you can order your headliner material from Furniture Marine Automotive Contract Upholstery Fabric Page and from what i understand you can cut a 2x2 inch square of your headliner fabric and send it to them and they can match it also you can get your spray on glue from your local parts store or walmart its a 3m product part #08088 general trim adhesive make sure you clean the backer board really well even down to blowing it off with compessed air and then take your material and spreading it over your backer board then smoothing it out and then fold it in half and using your glue spray the exposed half with a complete coat then do the same procedure with the headliner material then do it again on both rotating the spray pattern 90 degrees then when it is tacky make sure its not wet start applying the material to the backerboard from center out be careful because once its there its there do the other half in the same fashion and then trim your edges and youll have a new headliner good luck and this is broght to you by scottmn1 off of another site:yeah:

on my old truck the headliner sagged... I tried the 3M stuff but as soon as it got hot it started comming down again... Believe it or not wood or white glue worked really well...
