I also set-up my brake torque management so from here on out I will be able to stuff the throttle and not have to worry about managing it with my foot. As long as my foot is on the brake and the truck isn't moving, it will hold the throttle at 40% and about 10 pounds of boost. I'm planning on going to the track again in about 2 weeks on a Sunday and hoping I'll be able to run and log a bunch of runs and make adjustments all day to get it dialed in. Hopefully I'll be in the high 12's by the end of that. |
b0741, b1102, g0901
try lookin there |
I found some settings in B0741 earlier today. I looked at G0901 and didn't see anything to instruct a de-fuel. I'll take a look at B1102 though! Thanks for the help!!!
|
the kinda work together, and also b0727 kinda works it it too
|
if you get stumped with the defuel i might be able to help out
|
OK...I highlighted the de-fuel in the log and opened b1102. Sure as hell, there it was. My defuel was happening at 3400 RPM on every shift. I raised the values from 1000 rpm to 4500 RPM and 80-110 MM3. They were all really low, about 300-454. Now across that range they are 630 at lower rpms to 756 starting about 2600 RPM.
---AutoMerged DoublePost--- OK...how does 0727 affect it? What happens if I adjust the breakpoints? ---AutoMerged DoublePost--- Well...I have reviewed all the tables that the log showed me as suspect. I've made some adjustments. I'm gonne re-load it tomorrow and see what it will do if I can find a vacant backstreet. |

Hey...Nick saw my posts somewhere and shot me a message telling me to check d5196 in my TCM. That was totally obvious when looking at the negative settings at 3400 RPM. :bat:
So he told me to copy the row from 2600 and paste that all the way down to 4500. Gonna load both the adjusted ECM and TCM tunes and give them a whirl! :U: |
