blacking out chrome.
 

hey yall, i found a product called plasti dip that can be used to paint all surfaces. its essentially a rubber aerosol and worked really good for my front grill and badges.

next up, front and rear bumper, and wheels.

isint that the stuff u put on wrench handles and such beacuse if its the same stuff i may have to try it

I just used Rust Tough Krylon spray paint...hasnt come off for 3 years now....

my son blacks chrome out and i want more chrome on mine. :s::jump:

yeah, i was hesitant at first, but it really came out looking good.

well hell i got some in the shop ill be hitting up some chrome here soon looks great

i hit up the front bumper, fog air channel things, wheels, and rear badge.

ran out for the rear bumper and cant decide how i want to tape the tailgate off or take it off to paint.

tell me what yall think.

it kinda looks blotchy, but tahts because it still hadnt dried yet.

black and white any day over chrome and white :c:

i like all of it except the wheels but ive allways thought those wheels looked like crap

towing mirrors, running cab lights, and train horn next paycheck. haha.

I don't understand that either. What is up with that?:humm: A trucker's favorite color is chrome.... They'll never understand......:argh:

I like both chrome and blacked out... Depends on the vehicle and statement... I've been wanting a flat black paint job and flat black rims and no chrome... But I see trucks with chrome and i want them too, so who knows... lol :scare2:
