i would replace the glow plugs and relay again. make sure you only use motorcraft or beru glow plugs.

it has been done in the past and does not work out very well. there have been a couple shops that have done it and they don't do it anymore and every pickup i have known of is not running that setup...

you should never run different code injectors. AAs are 90cc single shots and ABs are 120cc split shots.

the easiest is chip, intake and exhaust. that will put you around 220-250 to the wheels. the next thing to do is fuel system, you dont really need an HPOP till you do big enough injectors.
