1997 3500 4x4 Auto.

I'm reluctantly putting this up for sale, but since the wife isn't thrilled with it as her DD, I'm looking at selling it, so she can get a jetta TDI. I'm posting this to see if there's any interest in it. She isn't "making" me sell it yet, so I'll be honest, I'm pretty much a stickler on the price.

The specs:
approx 250k (Wife does drive it, so it will go up over time)
4x4, automatic trans
Goerend single disc billet tc (1800 stall), and Goerend valve body installed by Jesse Harris
Borg Warner High energy clutchpacks, also installed by Jesse Harris
timing set to 16 degrees
4k governor springs installed
AC blows cold
manual fuel solenoid shutoff
3.55 gears.
Airdog 150 (holds at 35-40 psi) with the in tank replacement fuel pickup. No 1/8 tank issues at all. I've ran it down to 1-3 gallons to test it.
I have messed inside the AFC housing, with the starwheel set to open around 30 psi, and the preboost fuel screw set out so it barely touches at rest.
KDP has been killed, as well as all the timing case bolts.
2 brand new Moog front hub bearings.
7 Hankook Dynapro AT tires, 6 with about 5k on them, the 7th is a matching spare. Back tires have a 1/4 in spacer to the drum, and 1/2 in spacer between the rear tires.
Just checked the valve lash a couple days ago, and it was good at .08 and .018. Only had to adjust the #1 Intake, all others were good.
power towing mirrors.
homemade rear bumper, and front.(I haven't had time to finish the front bumper yet...it also took a hit from a car. No damage to the truck, but it did dent the front bumper, and I had to reweld the ear back on...)
Rear drums and shoes were done approx 2k ago, front rotors and pads about 1k ago.
stock exhaust size to dual 5 in stacks.
There are two 3/8 in crossbolts in the exhaust under the truck, where I ran them in the one time I pulled the truck in workstock.
glowshift (I know, I know, but they were cheap, and they do work...I had plans on replacing them later) boost, trans, and pyro.
The trans temp gauge runs off of the Genos aluminum bullet sensor, so there's no requirement to tap or drill anything to replace the gauge. Pyro is tapped in the exhaust manifold, pre-turbo.
There's also a cheap oil pressure gauge, that I installed to use as a fuel pressure gauge, using a needle valve.
The truck used to be a work truck, so the interior does have stains on the carpet, and the drivers seat is ripped, which is covered by a seat cover.
The drivers seat is power, and mostly works...it's a little slow, but it does slide forward and back.
The dash did crack, but it hasn't spread further yet.
I thought the TPS was going out earlier (before I realized I needed to have the tranny rebuilt) so I installed a manual potentiometer on the a pillar, to adjust the TPS. I ended up hooking up the TPS again, once the tranny was rebuilt, but left the wiring and the potentiometer in place.

Starting price is $9500, but I'm willing to negotiate. I was in Indiana when I bought this truck, but got stationed down at Camp Lejeune, NC, where I'm at now.

Updates...sorry, I must have misread the odometer, or read the wrong one when I posted...truck has 270k on it, not 250k. (I might have been looking at the silver truck odometer instead)

Also, price is dropped to 9000, firm.
